Svetlana is a certified ICF-PCC coach, Kellogg Executive Scholar in leadership, materials scientist, and Chopra Center certified instructor in meditation. Svetlana brings two decades of leadership experience in strategy, change management, innovation, business development, discovery, and product development in international NGOs, top Fortune 500 companies, and academia. Her work on creating space for innovation and growth was recognized with the Best Open Innovation program award at the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officers Summit in 2016, and she appeared in a documentary movie “Experiment 150” in 2016.

Christopher S. Rinaldi, P.E. is business growth and leadership consultant, and former Administrator and Chief Commercialization Officer of the US Department of Defense Small Business Programs. Mr. Rinaldi brings 35 years of experience in leading large and complex government programs across product development, acquisition, logistics, technology commercialization, and innovation policy. As the Chief Commercialization Officer, Mr. Rinaldi served a $35B+ small business industrial base by providing them easier and faster access to the federal marketplace. In this role, he also served as the primary small business subject matter expert to the Defense Acquisition Board (DAB) overseeing small business participation in Major Acquisition Programs.

Aleksandra is a published author, designer, and creative director of Dharma Growth LLC. She’s a lead creative force behind our graphic design, social media, digital and paper prints.
Aleksandra enjoys good humor, reflective writing, and all forms of visual and performing arts. Her creative portfolio includes a comprehensive collection of 90 reflective journals. She is currently working on her fourth novel.
Aleksandra’s passion is her family. In her free time, she enjoys doing yoga, reading, and gardening.
